YES! I was so excited for this album reaction. I honestly think this may be 127's best album period! I'm not too crazy about "Faster", I like it as an intro, just wish it was shorter. "Time Lapse" was without a doubt my favorite song. The vocals and production were insane! I've been singing "baby can we fix it?" for days lmao "Crash Landing" is also a great one, that chorus gets me every time. "Designer" is so cute and gives me major island vibes. "Gold Dust" is MAGIC. Like that song is CRAZY beautiful. I feel like I'm elevating every time I listen to it. Johnny and Taeil's harmonies were SO good. I was worried it would be a bit of a snoozer because it's the longest song on the album, but nope I've played it on loop multiple times already haha and "Black Clouds" perfectly follows I think. Beautiful and I think it's a perfect concert song! "Playback" is one of those songs I forget about when I go to listen to the album, but it always surprises me by how much I like it! Cute and funky like a lot of the songs on this album, I love it. It also gives me some of those early 2000s vibes you mentioned, Kevin! "Tasty" is IT! I don't agree on it being a title track, but it goes so hard I love it. I also sing "We savage outlaws rock solid no flaws" ALL the time. I'm hoping they promote this one alongside "2 Baddies" for sure! "Vitamin" makes me very happy, I don't play it often, but it's definitely a happy one. "LOL" is another one I don't play often, but it makes me so excited and happy. It's also the intro song they use for Fill It Up so you might recognize it when you watch the next episodes! "1, 2, 7 (Time Stops)" is another MAJOR fave of mine omg it's so beautiful. It 100% has a kinda retro/80s/throwback vibe and I can imagine hearing it playing at a cookout when the evening is winding down and just dancing a fun lil two step too it lol SO good. This album was just amazing, thanks for checking it out, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Can't wait for more NCT and for you to watch more "Summer Talk" and "Fill It Up". Also it was just announced that Mark will ALSO be featuring on Xiumin's debut album. On the song "How We Do". Which is nice because they've actually collabed before on a SM Station called "Young & Free" like 5 years ago. This is the 3rd feature for an NCT member in like 2 months which is awesome! Jeno with Key, Taeyong with Kangta and now Mark with Xiumin. Yay rapper line! To answer your question about NCT Hollywood, that was never given a date and was only announced in a press release telling us that there will eventually be a tv show that will eventually lead to the creation of NCT Hollywood. So it was never expected to happen anytime soon. We just know it will happen. Just as we know about a new unit coming probably sooner or later. There are 3 new SM Rookies that were introduced back in July and they've had a lot of interactions with NCT members which leads us to believe they'll probably be added to the group! They were interviewed on The NCT Show, had a dance performance with Sungchan and Shotaro at SMTOWN 2022 where they danced to an NCT outro. Two of them even went with Jeno to NYC recently, where Jeno was the first K-pop idol to open as a model for NYFW and the two rookies (Shohei and Eunseok) also walked in the show. It was very epic so I'm looking forward to where all that goes. That's kinda how the experience with NCT goes, we just hear rumors or future plans and just enjoy whatever's happening in the present while we wait for the future. SM announced the plans for WayV as a Chinese unit back when NCT debuted in 2016, but we didn't get to see it until 2019 when they debuted so it is what it is.

Thanks for the album listen! Glad you enjoyed the b-sides, I love vibing to RnB so I was attacked by almost every song in this album. I was David anytime jaehyun sang. And don't worry about taking time to react and watch some series (like summer talk with wayv). Still not over this nct 127 comeback tbh (and yuta)

omg Jeno being the first Kpop idol to open the nyfw runaway was so iconic!! it was super interesting because he doesn't go out much and is a home-body and seeing him out in New York without the other members interacting with so many western celebrities was very cool to see. He looked so good too, I never knew I needed to see him in giant heeled boots. I'm looking forward to the new unit bcs from their smtown performance they're all super good dancers, since we're familiar with Sungchan and Shotaro's main positions and talents I'm looking forward to what their sound will be as a unit.
