Captain's Call #3; Battle at the Tower (Story Update) (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Wanted to update the original post with the story, but technical issues are preventing it. I'm just going to update this story post here and open it up for everyone to see.

Nestled on the coast across the bay from mount Poha Poha, the Tower of Valast stretched so high into the sky that despite the nearby mountain chain, it could be seen from hundreds of miles in every direction. Though it was built innumerable ages prior by a civilization long-devoured by time, the tower still stood as a monument to their unbreakable devotion to the five gods.

The crew of the Marauding Marid had no time to appreciate the tower's beauty when they made landfall. The sounds of combat assailed them, and when they rushed inland to investigate, they found their former gunner and brewer Rania embroiled in combat! She'd been changed; mutated by overexposure to motoplasm, somehow, but the captain was sure it was her.

Eva was the first to arrive, and she stared at the giant horned mutant's opponent. She was toweringly tall and densely muscled, with curves so enormous that they practically had their own gravity. The scantily-clad ninja clashed her blade with Rania's cannon, diverting it short of firing on the crew as they approached!

This wasn't fair at all! Eva was supposed to have tits like that!

The captain seemed to recognize the tall, bronze-skinned ninja. "That's Shiba! What's the clan leader of the Kasheen doing here?"

The two towering women struggled back and forth across the tower's ruined outskirts, Rania's rum canon bashing against the ninja's agile blade. Though Shiba was holding her own for now, there was no telling how long she could hold out against Rania's near-endless brute strength!

What will the Crew do?

Eva, Vixy and Captain Pink find a mighty battle taking place at the base of the Tower of Valast. The crews former gunner and brewer Raania wasn't killed by a monster, but became a "Tainted Crown" monster. A monster crewmate isn't the only person the crew finds at the tower.  Shiba, the Kasheen Clan Elder and Blademaster has come to put a stop to the monster's rampage.

While Captain Pink and Vixy go to help in what way they can, Eva takes a moment to consider her options.
