저스트댄스도 운동이 되지만 근력운동의 필요성을 절실히 느끼는 요즘이다. 팔뚝 살이 흐물흐물~ 해지고 있다. 역시 사람은 집에서 모든 것을 하기에는 의지박약의 존재인 것인가 ^^ 이사를 가면 정리되는대로 필라테스를 다녀볼 생각이다. 헬스가 제일 필요하겠지만 난 이상하게 헬스는 재미가 없더라... 운동을 제대로 해본 사람들은 막연한 목표로 운동하기 보다는 바디프로필을 찍겠다고 생각하고 운동하는 것이 더 효과가 좋다고 한다. 그것 참... 재미있겠어? 

내가 바디프로필 사진을 찍게되면 젤리들도 좋아해주겄찌...? (라고, 아직 운동 1도 안한 사람의 망상)

I hated going to the gym so i ended up buying a lot of things to workout at home. If you have enough space, i think it's better this way. The only thing you're going to miss is a sexy coach ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. You can wear whatever you want, you can shower right after in your own bathroom, you don't lose time to get there.. there is nobody to watch you. But yeah it cost a little to get what you want, you need a dedicated room or some space somewhere, it's heavy once assembled so.. don't move a 4th time too soon. :D If you have some space in your new home, consider to invest in some training equipment. :)

I think it helps finding a workout that you can enjoy, some people like weights, running, or even dancing as their main way of working out. Try out different ones and see which one you like 😄

Back then, I used to think exercise was boring and meaningless too. But once I got to a point in my life where I started to care more about my body image, I began exercising by running on a treadmill, doing pushups and lifting weights. Now i'm exercising a lot more often than I ever have and I feel so much better after every workout session. It improves my physical and mental health in a positive way. I do recommend going to a nearby gym if you want to start working out. It may be struggling at first but at least try it out for one day or two. Try anything out and see what works best for you. Like Tenshi said, you could invest in making a training room for yourself, once you move into your fourth house.

I think for arm muscle training a pair of dumbbells should suffice for the start to do training at home. For a full body workout, a kettlebell can be useful. Push-ups will also strengthen your arm muscles without any need for training equipment. For more advanced stuff, maybe you can take a trial training at a local gym and then decide whether you want to sign a contract? If it gets boring, listen to your favorite music while training and do the exercises in rhythm with the music. :)

Pushups are an easy "at home" exercise for arm strength if you don't have weights for bicep-curls etc. but repeatedly doing the task you want more arm strength for will also make your arms stronger naturally 😉 Pilates classes sound fun but youtube has pilates too whenever real pilates is too far lol If you start and keep a daily routine, exercise can become fun. Just like any habit, when you miss a day, you might think "why *didn't* I exercise today (yet)" For image: not only strength, but diet and cardio-exercise are important too! Vegan diet sounds healthy already, and Just Dance is cardio? If dog-walking isn't enough too, many people enjoy running for cardio exercise. Just 20 minutes of cardio-exercise daily is enough to start becoming healthier, so if you have time before showering daily cardio-exercise should help see the results of core strength training exercises like pilates etc. 🧘‍♀️
