Viewer call-ins! (Patreon)

Here's your opportunity: at least once per week, I'm opening up my livestream to Patron call-ins! And the first time we're attempting this starts in 24 hours!

Here's what you need to know

• Call-ins are handled over Discord (matthewperkins.net/discord), so double-check your microphone settings, jump into the #waiting-room voice channel, and wait to be dragged into the live on-air channel by a moderator.
• Although call-ins are open to everyone, Patrons are preferenced over non-Patrons, generally with the higher tiers preferenced over lower tiers. I can't guarantee everyone a shot, but we'll get through as many people as we can each week.
• Before joining, you MUST have a relevant QUESTION prepared — this isn't a good opportunity to share a recap of your latest session or chat about the weather. Please don't queue up unless you have something to talk about, otherwise it will be super awkward for both of us.
• Call-ins are subject to our community guidelines (matthewperkins.net/community-guidelines), so please keep it civil! This also means your Discord name and avatar need to be in good taste.

Important technical information

• The call-in is audio only, so no webcam required.
• However, you WILL need a dedicated microphone and headphones.
• Make sure you're calling from a quiet room.
• If you're dragged into the live on-air channel by a moderator, you should mute the livestream, otherwise you'll be hearing double.
