Ongoing UIs
I've been working real hard to make the cleanest, the sharpest, the nicest UI design I can do. And I'm reaaaaally happy with it! So this time it's a real screen-capture of the working interface XD Not a mock-up anymore!
Lot of boring stuff to talk about but basically I'm getting rid of Unity's UI. Less buttons and panels, the navigation in the interface is mostly managed from various dialogue trees. Or more specifically a node graph system I designed, based on a previous game prototype. Tonight I'm drawing the first illustrations for the new characters of the menus:
- Management: control the employees and the club's settings
- Fortune-Teller: get a taste of what's coming in the following days
- B̵a̵n̵k̵:̵ ̵d̵e̵b̵t̵s̵,̵ ̵l̵o̵a̵n̵s̵ ̵a̵n̵d̵ ̵s̵t̵a̵t̵i̵s̵t̵i̵c̵s̵
- Building: walls, floors, furnitures, etc
- Territory shop: buy terrains or authorisations for more levels
- * Main protagonist: so you have a booty to contemplate during your journey
You will meet all of them in the next build! Hopefully in a week!
Unexpected playtesting
I don't know why but before my break I launched the game. I came back to watch 150 NPCs running around. I'll probably fix that bug but I didn't expected the game to be able to handle such crowd. So I might increase the population limit UwU
