Daniel was for sure being petty with the free lessons commercial, but I think he actually believes that Johnny doesn't care about Karate but only about money and things like that. I think that Miyagi's teachings are great so I don't know how much of that Daniel should change, but it will be hard to sell students on it. Because Cobra Kai is bigger and louder, although that doesn't always mean better, but it is more noticeable. I do think that Daniel has an ego, but I'm not sure of showcasing himself was all about ego, I think it was about showing his teaching style, as well as using his name to get people in the door since he doesn't really have any students yet, where as Cobra Kai has a lot of students so they had no need to showcase Johnny, although he still did finish the showcase. Hey guys i just saw the newest Pulse Test Ranking and wanted to stop by to thank everyone who voted Cobra Kai into rotation finally. I know you and RJ have been waiting for this as well. 😊😊😊 Now for the show itself i agree with you that both Daniel and Johnny are being childish for not talking to each other like grown ups. So both of them are stuck in the past still feeding off their rivalry in a way. We know that these two are capable of growth especially Johnny when he talked to Miguel in the diner. I get that Daniel is shocked when he saw Kreese again last episode but that is no excuse for not telling Johnny about his son living with them. Kreese btw has the perfect face for a villain don´t you think? But who knows, maybe he can change. Anyway let´s see what happens next. I am so excited for you guys to watch the show more frequently now. Have a great day and i see you in the next one.
