I HATE the hard sell. Countless vendors have lost my business by not knowing to shut up and take my order.

I’ve worked retail and some of my coworkers in the past were great with this (the hard sell) and they got the best numbers and basket averages but a bunch of negative Yelp reviews. I tried to be personable and give information but unlike these coworkers I had never really worked on commission. I feel I still did okay at selling as I got the third or fourth number of new customers and basket averages quite often but yeah, personally I suck at the hard sell and refused to do it. If people need certain items I’m happy to help but if they say no, they say no and I’m not going to force them to change their mind, from this I got great Yelp reviews. Fortunately my days of working retail are behind me but the hard sell is annoying, I agree. Anyway great reaction to a slightly lackluster episode :) thank you for doing so many The Office reviews, when I’m having a bad day watching them with you guys helped me. In fact when I was in the hospital and felt bad, I could put on one of your videos and perk up right away. So thank you for all of your hard work
