Hey guys yet again another great episode. I will be saying that a lot throughout the show... Since you were wondering about the switch between JD and Dr. Cox in this one. Right after the intro JD was thinking to himself, that everything is going great for him. His patients are doing well and he´s coming into his own as a doctor. Pretty much everything is coming up JD at this point, and he said that for the first time he had no stories to tell. That was the moment the narration went from him to Dr. Cox. Every episode title thoughout the whole run is something like "My First Day", "My Mentor", "My Day Off". Friends did something similar back in the day as you know. But this episode was called "His Story", and now you know why. It was great seeing more of Perrys struggle and him actually talking to a shrink. As we all know it can be hard to recognize your own shortcomings, so it was great to see that in the end Perry realized JD´s value. Even if it just was a pad on the back, but it was a big step for him. And finally Carla and Christopher getting engaged after they had us worried for a second was so sweet. Great reaction as always guys and i see you in the next one.

Another great one. I love Cox with his therapist and their interactions. Also, the ending song Question introduced me the the Old 97's (who are from Dallas, Texas like me) and their lead singer Rhett Miller who make awesome songs.

I really like looking through the different characters perspectives. During the course of the series there are multiple 'His Story' 'Her Story' or 'Their Story' There's no set time for them but because of the popularity of this episode and people liking Cox reflecting on his world, they made some more (each focusing on different character(s)). So if you like this one there are some more to look forward to. I think six or eight in total over the course of the entire show

According to Bill Lawrence, the creator, They apparently got some quite heated complaints for the "you're doing a woman's job" line. Seems ridiculous to me, Kelso's supposed to be a jerk with antiquated views
