great reaction =D I grew up in England but moved to the US when I was twelve and jetlag was terrible whenever my family went to visit grandparents and aunts etc. I also did study abroad in Japan which brought on other jetlag problems so can sympathize with Andy. I am so grateful to RJ for saying that about the episode getting better in the last third because I was a little bored by the first two thirds and I kept trying to question whether something was wrong with me or why I wasn't enjoying it but then once Leslie gets the reset on her outlook it was like the episode got a reset too and that same magic came into all parts of it. I think that Tom being a business liaison (or whatever he called himself) is perfect for him. Also with the whole Lenny thing I thought to myself that Gary is probably the character I'd third most like to have lunch with. Maybe that's an unpopular opinion but I'd definitely love to be his friend. Number two for me would be Ingrid because I am in love with all parts of her. Who I'd most like to eat imaginary lunch with though? Donna. I think that everyone wants to eat imaginary lunch with Donna at least once in their imaginary lives. Anyway, thank you for the reaction. People need to go out there are tell their non-imaginary friends to watch RTR and give them all the non-imaginary likes and subscribes

This was the 100th episode. Sad fact, the Ben and Leslie lock was stolen from the Paris bridge in 2014. Then the city removed all the locks in 2018 because I guess it was getting overcrowded and making the area less pleasant with crowds, etc. Great reaction, I haven't rewatched this one as many times as some others, probably because of the low energy first 2/3s that you guys noticed. But what a great ending, that was a nice rewatch. Also, this was indeed around the time of the Anthony Weiner scandal. If you recall he used the name Carlos Danger in his adult messaging, hence the parody of Dexhart having goofy pseudonyms including "Anthony Weiner", which sounds like a made up sex chat name to begin with.

Michael Schur, one of the creators of Parks and Rec, makes a cameo towards to end of the episode. He sat besides Leslie and Ben while they dine al fresco in Paris. That was a nice touch to me. Loving your reactions as always.

This is one of my favorite episodes. I was dying for you to see this when y’all were talking about how her going back to the Parks department was a step down. I think the show is great at showing profession of characters and I can’t wait for you guys to see it! I thought the guest appearance by Jennifer Barkley queen consultant is perfect.
