Christa Miller who plays Jordan (cox's ex) is married to Bill Lawrence, the show's creator. The wedding footage you saw at the end was probably from their actual wedding a couple years earlier. Speaking of which, I'd have loved to have heard him pitch his wife the part; "Honey, so there's this role in the show I'm writing I think you'd be great for, she's kind of a bitch, going through a divorce and disliked by almost everyone she speaks to in the show"

OMG I was in from the moment I saw Dr. Cox's Ex played by Christa Miller she Plays one of my favourite characters "Ellie" in Cougar Town. She is a brilliant actress and I so agree with Dr. Cox when he said she was never boring. I'm hoping to see more of her later on also Dr. Cox has some serious burning skills the way he burned Dr. Bob in that hallway scene was Pure 🔥🔥🔥Can't wait for the next episode.

I adore Jordan she just has a level of sass and confidence many other characters don't have. I can definitely identify with Elliot and the psychiatrist but I feel a little unsettled about not being able to talk in that situation when someone is venting to you
