One of this show's biggest strengths is its insane roster of guest stars from other nerdy TV shows. This episode gave us Battlestar Galactica's Tricia Helfer as Forrest, who was just about perfect in that role. (Come to think of it, I should recommend BSG next time you guys are asking for show options, if you haven't seen it already.) That being said, this episode has its weak points - how is Forrest supposed to evaluate Sarah's performance if she's taking over Sarah's job at the same time? But it's a really good character episode for Sarah, and it gives her the excuse to seek out Chuck's father - who might have some impact on how the rest of this excellent season plays out.
