I hadn't actually seen Slingshot before, so this was fun watching it for the first time with you :) Glad you enjoyed the rest of the video as well, and you're so right, Marvel is taking a huge L by not explicitly integrating Agents of SHIELD. Feige's letting his beef from like a decade ago with Marvel TV cloud what should be a slam-dunk decision. AOS has the second-highest rating of all the MCU shows, which is damn impressive I'd say, and nothing warms the heart more than seeing how much every single cast member adores their character and fellow castmates. People were crazy negative when it was announced that the AOS Ghost Rider version would be Robbie Reyes. They wanted Johnny Blaze for """comic book accuracy""", and I think we all know what that phrase is code for 🙄 Fortunately, the character and performance have since become universally praised. (Oh, and for reference since you mentioned you saw True Detective, Gabriel guest starred in season 2 as Miguel, Woodrugh's ex-hookup. Probably his most high-profile show pre-AOS, but the role itself wasn't very big. If you feel like checking out something where he's prominent, I'd recommend Matador and Transpecos.)

This episode only makes sense to watch here after daisy has rejoined shield. This is not "required" in the traditional sense but it answers questions like the Accords registration process. How daisy and yoyo met up after the events of season 3. What happened to the 084 from 1x2 and most importantly this is the first look at Yoyo's character outside of her relationship with Mack. She is bonding more with the rest of the team and we see that she has not been pushed to far to kill in cold blood. Remember we first saw her throwing away guns. Now we see her using guns to threaten her enemies and she was close to killing him but ultimately stopped herself. Her character has changed but has not crossed a line.
