Comment with your Minecraft username to be whitelisted. To claim an apartment, change the sign over the door to your name. You'll appear at spawn, and probably need a mod to teleport you to the colony. Ask Shortok for a teleport if he's online. Each apartment comes with a "welcome kit" including basic tools, food and stuff you'll need to live either undersea or in the sky, depending whether you choose to reside in the undersea colony or the sky ring. You can decorate your living space any way you please, but do not expand or otherwise modify the structure itself, just cosmetic details like carpeting, paintings/item frames/mob heads, bed color & door style.
