The new Xeno lab is located somewhere else now, no wonder the main building hasn't play a part in the story since part 1.

also, you can see that the Consortium has many bioreactors and most have xenos ready to be born.

but are they really being used and deployed as this moment? are more xenos besides Alpha and Ivory in service? maybe or maybe not... there's something of vital importance before making an army of them?

at this time the Consortium has already fully developed the Prime beta 2, and maybe developing other xeno species as prototypes... but all of that is why we have the Project Prime comic series.
