I'm still doing lots of bugfixing and improvements to make sure Saturday's release goes smoothly. However I managed to squeeze in a couple new improvements. Before showing them though, I fixed several issues with hair.

Bubbles now properly spawn on top of the head regardless of the character. This was a recurring issue that made some characters have bubbles float above their heads:

Also, the handling of the hair strand physics is back to normal:

One of the new improvements is giving you a compelling reason to bathe your loli. To ensure that you are actually trying to take care of your loli, she will become dirty over time the more she walks on the dirt outside:

Her body texture will accumulate dirt spots over time. It will take a long time to get her as dirty as the image above but the max dirt that you can possibly get is this:

This is what it is like when you don't shower for a whole in-game week. Practically a homeless loli. As you scrub her hair and small hair strands, the dirt will slowly disappear in the bathtub.

The last improvement was the addition of ambient occlusion. This is the effect that fakes darkness in the corners and nooks of geometry:

It's very subtle but it looks very good overall, including in the foliage.

Next post will be the public release of the update! Coming PST at night.

Stay tuned!

Hey Sghale! I seem to be having an issue getting the game to move forward on Oculus Link. ( when you start the game your hands are on screen but nothing happens. I can open my oculus menus and what not but I was wondering if the keybinding is what the problem is. Doesn't seem like there are any good public keybinding releases for it. Am I doing something wrong or is this title no longer compatible with Ocu-Link?

sgthale

if you cant find a keybinding release for it (because the versioning changes), you can always make a new binding. SteamVR Input is still there in your Steam Menu when you pause the game.

Oh hmm.. okay ..even to make keybindings seems complicated. i'm not sure what buttons do what. But i remember getting this to work before. maybe I should try it again

Im gonna try to release with built in buttons. It's been a pain to develop for Steam VR Input.
