Hey! I'm working and already back to work in normal mode! But I haven't finished the new build yet.

In fact, I fixed a lot of small bugs that were before, also finally added the drop of items from monsters, and also finished with going down the stairs (before you could only jump down).

And now I'm busy starting to implement the story and task for the player in the game. In fact, these are the most initial tasks and training in mechanics for players.

Still, the basis of the game will be story-based, and passing the main quest, the player will be able to open new abilities and get into locations that were previously blocked. But I want to make a game in which, in addition to the main quest, there will be many side quests that will not overlap with the main quest and can be completed no matter what the player can.

Because of all these ideas, I'm currently working on a quest system. I want to make the system flexible so it's easy to add new quests with different NPCs afterwards. It's a little tricky since I've never done anything like this (before that I just had a bunch of variables that just recorded what the player did, which is very unoptimized for complex quests)

I will try to do it as soon as possible, but this is something new for me and I will release the build as soon as it is ready and playable.

Oh, and also a small animation that I drew a long time ago (this will also be in the new build)

I am safe, the artillery of the Russian troops is far away, so the only threat is from aircraft and ballistic missiles. So for now everything is ok!
