Hey all, this next update is going to contain a shit ton of refactoring. I expect to roll it out sometime this next week.

* Fixed bug submitting waifus

* Fixed bug with watchlist updates

* Fixed an issue updating waifus \ series 

Refactoring;

* Updated automated tooling configuration (preparing for GH actions)

* Full type checking added

* Cleanup several old regions

* Cleanup old image processing pipeline missed areas
