Permissions Update (Patreon)

The permission update is now on production! Yay!

username claiming now open for all users (via manage account)

• new permission system, deprecated \ nuked old permissions & roles 
• rewrote all unit\integration tests to accommodate new permission architecture 
• added new power user role
• moderation panel upgrade
• revision system added to Waifus\Series (just in case...)
• slugging system upgrade (Waifus now append parent series name to url for sexier URL's) 
• API now accepts slugs or id's for get Waifu, get series
• API now returns permanent ID's for resources
• updated landing page to handle potato screens better
• updated maintenance page
• added UID to user display page
• pagination is less hideous
• heart, trash icons are now inline, sexier
• hitbox for info on cards is larger now (couldn't hit that shit on mobile you know how it is)
• users now have a default image for comments of waifu-chans face if no avatar is set

I can't wait to move on to the next item now that this is all ironed out. If you find any weird bugs, drop them in discord for me.
