PBH CG Preview - Welcome to TRAINING ft. Lena (Patreon)

When I get close enough, Lena notices me and stops mid-dive.

Lena: Miho! You're late!

Now that she's distracted, her partner takes the opportunity to hurry away, collapsing into the grass to rest.

Miho: Sorry, I wasn't sure what time I should come by. Or where.

Lena: Oh, right. I guess I should've told you. In that case, good guess!

Meowdy! In honour of my favourite swan girl Lena there's gonna be a ton!! of!! exclamation marks!!! (As if I don't post enough already!!!)

This was one of the earlier CGs I did for PBH... I'm not totally happy with how it turned out, but there's often a point where I have to go 'enough! Do other things!' There's a lot of importance in the final paintover I do for the characters. For sort of... mechanical looking things like the tennis racquet, I used a 3d model to get the angle and shape right. I hope everyone enjoys me exposing by terrible first sketches lol!!!

Looking back on how I did the CGs, I had totally forgotten that I did them in batches. So all the CGs for chapter 2 I did the sketch for, then I lined them all at one, then I coloured them all. It says here I started on the 3rd of January and finished the 5 cgs on 3rd February. It's exciting to finally be able to show off some of the work I did back then!

Once the game is out, I have more progress shots and materials of the spoilery CGs, so I'll be able to show you some of those too!
