Inspired by Prehispanic folklore and Nahuales, I wanted to make her both creepy and rebellious. According to a popular mexican podcast, Leyendas Legendarias, where it's said that Nahuales can take part of their bodies off to be replaced with the animal they're trying to connect with, so she's holding her own eye while having a juaguar's on her face.
