Horizon Alien Creator: Round One (Patreon)

Decided on by the beautiful people over on Discord, the ability for Patrons to make an alien race. This race will show up as a companion BUT will not be romanceable ... unless they turn out really good and on time for me to get the species art and then get it to the LI artist ... Don't hold me to that. Seriously.
