No definitely not the best. I've seen her live before as well and she's had better vocals. I even thought her crying through Anyone on the Grammys was better.

I think there was something definitely up with Demi's earpiece during these performances. You can see her drummer gesture to her ear so maybe she was trying to tell the sound techs that demi couldn't hear properly.
