Remember when Gon and Killua got captured the 2nd time by the Spiders, and Gon questioned Chrollo, "How can you kill people who have nothing to do with you?" And in this episode, Gon threatened Pitou by telling her that he would kill Komugi if she tries to stall again. What ppl will do for revenge, regardless if one is viewed as the hero of the story. Togashi is not afraid to push the envelope and point out Gon's major flaws as a character.
