2023 Art Summary (Patreon)

What an incredible year it's been. 2023 can't be said to have been  an uneventful year by any means. And after over 15 years of doing this,  this year was the year I finally was able to look at my art and say  confidently that "this looks like my art." At long last I've  found my own art style, a style that is realistic enough to convey  serious narratives yet abstracted enough to allow for over-the-top  stylization while at the same time being easy for me to stick to.

As  someone who's had a long history of feeling like a lesser woman, or  Orc, this has been a year that's boosted my artistic confidence above  and beyond my wildest expectations. And I really need to thank everyone  who's followed me this year (and from before <3 ). It's been so  gratifying to create and to see people respond to it. I am beyond happy  to know that people can see what I make; what I enjoy making, and tell me that they enjoy it too.
