Oregon voters passed (by a 12 point margin) the initiative to create the first statewide program allowing access to psilocybin through licensed providers. This is a major milestone for the psychedelic community.

Separately they also passed another initiative to remove criminal penalties — including prison time — for possessing small amounts of currently illegal drugs, and will give those caught with drugs the option of either paying a $100 fine or getting a “completed health assessment” at an addiction recovery center. The sale of drugs will still be illegal. This essentially decriminalizes all psychedelics statewide!

I voted yes. So happy it passed. I am from Oregon but spent 23 years in AZ. So happy to be back in my Home State!
