Megumi’s theme music is great. Our heroes are clearly outgunned in this situation so far. This is already a crazy situation and the villains are just getting started. ☠️ Our MC lost already and to someone Sukuna said was ass, Nobara got owned, and this 4v1 against a cuttlefish is a struggle. Gojo obliterating Hanami was great because it helped serve up showing us the danger that everyone was in if he wasn’t around. Like we’re seeing right now. Difficulty went from 3 to 10.

Bleach was the first one out of the big3 to win an award with it being the most prestigious one early on and is the most influential series amongst new gens, speaking of which also inspired JJK, Gege said he’s a commoner before Kubo. Also by being the shortest one, it has the least amount of flaws compared to Naruto and OP.

@infinitevoid and if I’m being real the art style this episode was mid at best the animation was good not great the episode is what was great because of the choreography and the directing but the animation itself? 🤣 they really been overhyping it in terms of animation is just like any other top tier show but it isn’t on top tier fights only gojo vs John or toji yuji vs hanami etc are top tier fights they just mad everything they thought would be top tier fights isn’t

These are just the weekly rankings and don’t tell the whole story, but there’s also more data out there supporting just how hard Bleach fell off. And I don’t even need that shit, because I read it weekly and vividly remember 7 page chapters with no fucking backgrounds drawn. But the weekly polls on Shonen Jump are a good aggregate of the opinions of a majority of the fans. And this is a product, so what the overall consumer base thinks is what matters most. Yes Gege praised Kubo, but that is also highly cultural (you can’t really talk shit about people publicly tbh) in Japan to defer and give reverence to your elders. Lebron also praised AI, paying respect to him and his influence; Doesn’t mean they’re even in the same stratosphere in terms of balling. Anyway whatever, y’all can love Bleach and all this stuff, just stop being delusional about its place in history.

There’s no such thing as me or anyone that was being “delusional” about Bleach and it’s place in history, people just can’t help but trust misinformation not knowing what to believe and rather belittle it like it doesn’t deserve to be where it always was cemented in history as one of the greats, regardless of how they feel about it. If anything, they’re the ones delusional for accepting anything that they see online based on hearsay. If you were a weekly reader and a fan, you should know that Bleach never spoonfed people like others and that was the main issue people had with it, doesn’t make it a flaw, they just need a higher level of reading comprehension to appreciate and catch the subtle nuances but seems like that’s a little too much for the target demographic.
