Luffy stabbin his eye is NOT cap lol. the episodes are post-reverie/pre-wano where Toei did a remastered version of the East Blue Flashback. Literally just search "one piece luffy stabs his eye" on Youtube and there're tons of clips to prove it

I think they could've given the guy that plays Yassop a better wig. And the guy that plays Lucky Roux looks like some off shoot of CeeLo Green. It just looked corny to me, none of those 3 look right, and that fight scene was very Disney Channel. But that's just my opinion

Well to give them the benefit of the doubt, the episode count is in the thousands now so I don’t expect them to remember everything. Still, they should double check before claiming something did or didn’t happen for this very reason

Buggy told us him and shanks were in the same crew in like episode 4 you guys have BAD memory, WB was the one that told us which crew they belonged to in later eisodes. I feel like a lot of the conclussions you guys are making are built off just wrong information - luffy DID give himself a scar too

One of the cool things about One Piece is being caught up and then watching some of the early episodes again. It's amazing how much info you actually miss from the beginning of the show that has additional context now.

I actually think it's pretty good for a live action. I've noticed that especially those who have never seen an anime or One Piece seem to really like it, but that's probably because they aren’t constantly comparing it to the anime like we do lol.

You can tell the show runner Matt was a garp fan. Man’s changed the entire story and put it around garp and bogard ( dude with the fedora) two characters with very little screen time
