Wells you need to contain your excitement sometimes. You led them or pretty much gave them R+L =J without allowing the natural progression to discover it themselves or at least see one of them have the aha moment when they figure out that Jon is actually a Targaryen.

After s6, watching the R+L=J video on youtube by Robbie McD clears a lot of the story up that you may have missed or don't understand if you didn't read the books. There are no spoilers, only scenes from s1-6! The story is Leanna was raped by Rhagaer. (We found that out in .. like s1) That's how we know who the father is, and why Robert started the war all those years ago.

Real talk it's dumb to compare Jamie to Aria. Aria is avenging her family's death. They ware slaughtered at a wedding and her father's head was cut off. She only killed people who had it coming. Walder Frey and the Lannisters were pushing people out of windows, killing pregnant mothers and murdering their own husbands. Aria learned ALL this to kill the people on her list.

HAHA I love Jerry's reaction to finding out Jon is Dany's nephew. Biggest plot twist of the century lol and the fact that Ned lied about being unfaithful just to honor his sisters wishes and protect her son. He's the real MVP. So funny to see reactions from people who literally have no idea whats gonna happen. This was a huge theory before it was confirmed, most people basically knew just , not for sure. Since you guys binge watched the show, it’s easy to forget things and you probably haven’t had much time to rewatch previous seasons. Kings blood is actually just Targaryen (Valerian) blood. The Baratheons have Targaryen s in their family tree so that's why it worked on Gendry and all the brothers

Just to answer your question about how Robert Baratheon's blood worked as "King's blood..." The Baratheon family is part of the Targaryen family tree. Their ancestor was Aegon Targaryen's Hand of the King. His name is Oris Baratheon. He was Aegon's half brother. He took over Storm's End when he killed the Storm King and he also took their words, sigil, and daughter as his wife.

Rob was annoying me during this argument because he wasn't listening and much of he was saying was wrong. The writer said who wrote the books said he didn't write good guys or bad guys. Just flawed people where some people did more good than others based on there circumstances. Cersei killed the people she thought was an immediately threat to her family. Just a quick point on Rob saying that there is no king, and someone else will just come and replace Cersei: She was named Queen Regent in the final scene. This means that she is the sole ruler, and even if she married, she'd have power over her spouse. This is where she'd have to die or have to actually be dethroned by the people or an opposing power to lose her power now. It's also a good reason why she killed off all the major families by blowing up the Sept. Before there would be opposition to her power move, but with most of the leaders dead, there isn't anyone to really say no, and since the City Watch and the city is primarily occupied by the Lannister army, she has sort of complete rule.

The show fucks up with Arya so that you will like her. I don’t want to be the “in the books” guy but because of Robs argument I have too. In the books Arya gendry and hotpie can escape Harrenhal, not casterly rock, without the guard noticing them. But while gendry and hotpie try to stop her, she chooses to go out of her way to kill the guard anyway. Only because she’s out for blood, and wants to be an assasin. It’s a character arc they have been trying to make since the first season. In contrast the opposite character arc is Jamie, who was a bad person in season 1 and is slowly redeeming himself. Don’t forget Rob, Jamie saves brienne from being raped when they were captured by making up a story about the isle of sapphires. Scenes like those are for you to realize this man was flawed but trying to make himself better.

I think the most jarring "in the books" example is when Arya straight up murders a deserted of the wall because....he deserted the wall. That was the moment that I was like wow, what the hell is happening to Arya? It was sad. And I get cheering for the the death of Walder but I also can't help but wonder why no one feels sad that Arya (who is still a child) is now a cold blooded murderer with serious issues.

After 6x10 I was so confused about who Jon’s father (I thought it was Ned actually) was that I just ended up googling it lol. What was I gonna do wait the whole yr after season 6 for the reveal? lol.
