Finally inched closer to a true design for Ophelia Hopps, Judy's sister in-law. It was important to me to make sure she didn't look too similar to Judy so hopefully that came across. I still haven't picked a coat + eye combo for her so if you have any you like from the chart below let me know in the comments!

About Ophelia: Though born in Zootopia, she was raised in a neighboring town bordering Bunny Burrow. She is currently a doctor practicing in Bunny Burrow and lives on the Hopps Homestead with her husband and only child Cotton. She is the 42nd child to the LaPin family.
