Buckle up, guys. I spent the last two days working full time (7 hours with no breaks) on this project and we went from about 30% completion to about 58%.

Now, it's impossible for me to post 28% of the game on here without:

  • Posting like 30 pictures.
  • Spoiling everything.
  • Spending about an hour trying to take a picture of everything.

I know what you're thinking:

Sounds like a lot of yappening, and not a lot of happening.

But you're going to have to take my word on this one, boneheads. I can still show you some cool stuff while you're reading, though.

Concepts

So I spent a good while thinking what I should do for the Main Character's apparel. I was originally going to let you guys pick a robe color, but by having a single outfit, I have much less to keep up with and I can effectively be more detailed in certain scenes.

As it stands, the outfit is yellow, because it's pretty neutral and because Scorpion pulls it off great in MK. Try not to think of it as a missed opportunity, because the reality of the situation is, I would have to keep up with the color of your character's fur, eyes, and clothes, as well as race every time I make a cinematic. And that will slow things down exponentially for something most of you won't even notice.

There are about 7 more things I could add here, but I'll just say this, I got about 12 wedgies planned for Chapter 2. That's one for every combat girl and two for Tigress and Wing each.

Art

So I fixed the Wu Sisters' faces. On the right you can see a version of Wing that needs more beauty sleep, while the one on the left is just adorable.

Don't even try to argue with me. The one on the left is better in literally every way, unless you like things that look like they've been hit with a cartoon anvil.

Anyways, Wing and Wan are cutie pies now. Huzzah.

I finally got around to making the alternate main menu backgrounds. I'm still a little iffy on Mei Ling's face, but for now, just focus on her ass. That's what I do.

Again, I've got a good bit of stuff that I can put here, but for now let me just spoil this: Our combat girls on the Evil Path are in for a mouthful with these drawings.

Coding

If you can read this picture, basically this block of code holds all the information on our girls. It holds their names, how corrupted they are, whether they have the wedgie or pantsing ability, their outfits and panties, their mood, and how many times you've given their underpants a yank.

If I had to guess how long I spent programming, I'd say maybe 2 hours tops, of the 14 I was working. Reason being, I'm much more fluent in programming than art. Yea, I wouldn't have thought that either, but looking back at it, I could probably recode all of Chapter 1 in a day, while doing the art would just be a pain in the ass.

I can't exactly think of anything that I'm holding back here, other than I'm working on a Navigation Map for the player to use. Nothing too exciting, but you're on the coding portion of this post, so what did you expect?

Miscellaneous

I made a splash screen for before the game boots to the main menu. Yes, you can skip it. Can you imagine how tedious it would be for me to test my code while having to wait like 7 seconds just to load the game? Of course, I could just force it to be unskippable when I release Chapter 2. But I'm not THAT much of an asshole. Contrary to popular belief.

Also, I'll give the first person who can name all the things I ripped off with this splash screen a cookie.
