It is sooooo good to see Michonne & Rick again. I didn't expect Okafor to die so soon, and by Michonne's group. I thought he would die for going rogue. I'm glad they're not dragging out Rick & Michonne's meeting up. Fantastic premiere episode.

I love me some Lesley-Ann Brandt. She was amazing in Lucifer as his right-hand demon, Mazikeen aka Maze. She was also great in Spartacus, too. I have a feeling she will also become a fan favorite in this series and steal the show as she did in Lucifer.

Do you have to be caught up on all the other TWD series to start this? I stopped watching TWD after season 7 and FOTWD after season 4. Everyone seems to be buzzing about this new one though, so wondering if I can randomly hop back in.

As far as Rick and Michonne's relationship, I'd highly recommend that you watch Season 9. Seasons 10 and 11 are about Michonne trying to find Rick leading to this series. As far as the CRM, you learn about them from The World Beyond.

Been loving her since I first saw her in the Wes Craven film "My Soul to Take". Funny thing is that Frank Grillo (Crossbones) was in that, too. Two future MCU actors in that movie.
