The only business Tommy has with May is she trains his race horses, all his other connections to the race tracks he stole from Sabini at the end of season 2 and Kimbal from season 1.

I feel bad for Arthur, too, but he makes me very, very nervous. Tommy is trying to keep him in-the-loop, but I get the feeling that it doesn't satisfy Arthur. I think he still feels the sting of being second (or 3rd, to Polly), and not first as first-born should be. I'm feeling Fredo's betrayal to Michael vibes. lol I hope not, tho. Great season start.

The dude Arthur killed at the end was actually the first Night King in Game Of Thrones for Seasons 4 and 5, Richard Brake, but he was replaced by a different guy for Season 6 and on.
