I loved it when Helena hugged Sarah. Both in this episode and last season. If a violent person comes toward you... and instead of attacking you, they hug you... well, that's pretty uncomfortable too.

The part when the rehab lady asks Alison if she wants her to check Donnie's crevices, and he immidiately sits down, lol. That always cracks me up! And yes, as you guessed, it was Helena emerging from the darkness/basement of Mrs. S house. I imagine she went there hoping to find Sarah and followed her from there to Rachel's apartment. The end scene with her walking towards Sarah in her white dress covered in blood. You're very right about the horror vibes, haha. I love that sight.Aand Sarah is freaking out because not only is her perceived dead sister walking towards her looking like that and holding a knife, the last time she saw her, she shot her, so it's pretty reasonable for her to expect some retribution coming. But no, instead Helena just hugs her and asks for her help, because, well, Helana. I love her so much, haha.
