We met Will’s sister in the first episode, at Danny’s funeral. That’s who Sydney was impersonated when she dyed her hair bright red and asked Will to borrow his sister passport and credit card.

Great reaction. Those pizzicato strings really amp up the horror vibe of the facility, which was terrifying enough before Sydney realized she was trapped there. I always love Jack & Sydney scenes, but these were interesting because Jack is chasing Sydney both times (I’m not used to seeing cool-as-a-cucumber Jack Bristow run after anyone), and Jack looked distraught when Sydney said she would make him pay for her mother’s death. The second encounter was Jack trying to be imperious Jack, reminding Sydney of Danny and basically pulling the parent card of, “I thought you were smarter than this.” My mother used to do that with me, and it would sting more than anything else she could say, lol. Vaughn also got mad at Sydney, which I always like because Vaughn would be boring if he never challenged Sydney. Then he revealed that his father was CIA and was killed when he was just two years older than Sydney. 😭 I wonder if the CIA “admonished” Vaughn for consoling the child at his father’s funeral. More Dixon with an obnoxious alias please. Dixon is so good and noble that I really enjoy seeing him play the opposite. Sydney and Dixon playing two rude, rich narcissists was hilarious.
