1) Rewards via email

Maybe many of you already know that. If you don't know, here I am to explain this. It is probably a walltext, but it will be the last time I write to this topic.

In April, I detected a problem with the platform and users reported random blocks to me. Because of that, I created an Excel with all current users, as a backup to avoid such problems. I even made a post about that -> Link 1 .. It was not fair that users who pledge to me, are unfairly randomly blocked and dont have their reward!.. That was the main reason why I started sending Tier 2 and 3 files by email. This was going to be temporary.

BUT, and if it was not enough, since May, and because Patreon's policies are stricter, I had to start sending the reward files by email again. As you know, I used to upload all the content in Patreon ... apparently that was a serious mistake that I didn't know, and that's why this email was sent to some content creators -> Link 2 

I'm a content creator focused on cartoons, although I have usually uploaded only EG xD. and apparently, for this platform, EG's drawings are minor.

This is the reason why I cannot upload the Tier 2/3 drawings or files to Patreon. Many users do not believe me and begin to invent things about the "reason" of why I do this. Usually these users call this: "just excuses", but as I say, it is easy to comment when the true reason is unknown.

2) and the rewards, Charlie!

Because of that, many users hate me. And I will not blame them, I understand and respect them. The fact of not being able to upload the files to Patreon made me have to do something negative. The monthly rewards.

I have been insulted, some users just hate me to death. If they could send a hitman, maybe they would that hehehe. 

Rewards linked to the month mean that when the new users pledge to me, you will receive an email with the 2018 and early 2019 files + the rewards of the month to which the user pledge with me.  What happens with the previous months?  Those files I must be removed due to Patreon's policies, I just explained that. Another reason is that when I send a file to your email, there is a space limitation. That means that when I upload something new, I must delete the previous files. Hey, Gumroad? its an option.

This is an extremely negative point for the new users, and I understand it... all this is explained at the "index" of this Patreon, before users pledge to me. 

This is all my fault, I did not know that Patreon had such strict policies, and I did not know that this platform believed that EG's drawings are minors. It is a mistake that "I am paying".

However,  a deviantart user met a user who has been writing about me for months. He told and sent me some screenshots.. Woow dude, his hatred is too big!. I will not say his name, but I understand that some here will know who I mean. 

All he does is insult me, again and again. Hey, nothing happens! Users are free to hate me too! This person has a great community and I admire him for that! However, his hate comments made more of his users hated me. Apparently, his hatred is because I am using the monthly link rewards. That is, his hatred is for something that does not even directly affect him. This is something I will never understand.

It is obvious that I dont meet his expectations, that is why it would be weird for him to pledge to me here. I mean, if you hate someone to the extent of insulting him (in this case, I am the insulted hehe), why would you support him in the first place? Well, he pledge with me a few days ago. However, I canceled his pledge and I refund his money. All the reasons were explained to his email.

It's true, according to him, I was one of his favorite artists. Thanks for that!! First, I don't consider myself an artist, I'm a content creator who does this for hobby -> Link 2.5 .. He tried to "force me" maybe, to do a discord ... I am not a fan of having multiple accounts (this is explained below).. As I was not interested in a discord for now, he began his hatred, or that is what he makes me understand.

He explained to me that he didn't hate me, but he hated the way I did things. However, as I read the screenshots that sent me the lad, it was clear that he hated me.

Among many things, he explained me that I should make a discord to upload the drawings. But I said no, at least for now, I have no intention of creating a discord right now (I mentioned that I thought of Gumroad). I am not fans of having many accounts. 

All this he commented on in his community, however omitting some things, causing hatred towards me to increase more and more. In fact, one of its users commented that there are more users who do this, and they use Gumroad for new users. Something that I told him in the email, but he didn't mention it -> Link 3 

What can I understand with all this? An irrational hate? I insist, this is a negative point for me, but it is something that I should solve myself, not him for me. And because of that, he and his community hates me :-/ ..  And this is something I dont understand, why he hates me if this negative point affects him nothing. 

He said that I treat my "fans" badly and lie to them .. First of all, I don't think I have fans ... I'm not a very well-known person. Maybe some user liked one of my drawings, that's all. If any of you consider yourself a fan of mine, I am very grateful! I don't know when I have treated the users badly, but if there was something you didn't like about me, my sincerest apologies. 

Do you remember last year's post? -> Link 4 .. That was a serious mistake that I made, and I apologized to those users. I am human and I make mistakes. I'm also going to apologize when I have to apologize.

I lie to you? No. I have never lied to the users. It is for that reason that I have said it many times, you do not have to pledge to me if you dont want to do it ... If I cannot fulfill your expectations, you don't have to support me on Patreon, bros!

When a user sends me a message with any questions, I answer absolutely everything. I have all the messages here, and I could post them, but I think it would be to add more firewood to the fire.

I thank you all for supporting me here. That you have rewards is obvious, but there are users who don't understand that (Although this is another topic).. In thanks to that, and you are my witnesses, when a user wants to see a version of some drawing that I made it (for example, one character in topless), but that version i dont made it or that version isn't included in the RAR file, he / she tell me that and I make it. 

I didn't want to make a topic about this ... we are adults, I think that all this is something "childish", but I think all of you deserve to know what is happening. Hey, I mean, I'm not as well known among the community. 

I thank you all if you have read this far.  This user hates me without even knowing me.. He seems only assumes things but does not know how I do them. So it is easy to comment that, do you know what I mean?

And before I forget it, something ironic is that in his rules he says: Be good to others. We don't tolerate bad attitudes and trolls.. However, his insults have not stopped. :-/
