#update1: added a new save point (that I forgot lol) to just before the colosseum
MKM v0.2f.rar
MKM v0.2f.zip

Hey everyone!

I'm sorry for the radio silence. I have a tendency to tunnel vision when I'm focused on something and then forget to keep things updated.

This update contains the new boss fight against the minotaur and his ero scenes. He is located in the monster city, more precisely in the rightmost part of the Market Street so please teleport to that save point and proceed to the right until you reach his arena. Like the other bosses you can fight and rematch at your leisure, and his ero scenes are vanilla/male with a size difference.

And indeed as I had anticipated in the previous posts, I'll admit that I had some difficulty in implementing the minotaur, mostly due to his size, so it led to me over-focusing on the task of drawing all of the sprites which made me forget to post the updates and teasers for his ero scenes.

When I was discussing and brainstorming how to implement the minotaur with the patron, we considered a lot of options to make him feel unique, and we reached the agreement of making 3 different sex positions with the twist that when Maya is fainted, the minotaur will endlessly cycle between those 3. This would mean that it would require me do create not only the usual frames of animation for the scenes themselves, but also for the transitions between them. I don't even wanna talk about how much frames of animation I had to draw LOL but yeah it is done.

During the normal fight against the boss, when he grabs Maya he will perform one of those 3 positions, which will behave like most other scenes in the game where he has the basic loops, then the climax and then Maya is released. But when Maya is defeated then he will go towards her and the cycle will begin.

So the limiting factor was only my own artistic skill level, which as we all know is quite basic. While it was a good challenge drawing this big character, it took longer than I had hoped so going forward for MKM I'll try to keep the enemy sizes to a more manageable level in order to return to the usual release schedule.

Anyways, hopefully I was able to at the very least depict the broader strokes of what the original idea for this character was, and I hope that you can enjoy his scenes with Maya.

Funnily enough, I kinda wanted to do even more to this character (and probably will in the future when I'm close to completing the development of MKM). His boss fight happens in a Colosseum, and a neat feature that I wanted to add is for the Colosseum to actually be filled with spectators. They would cheer when the minotaur hits or grabs Maya, and boo when Maya dodges one of this special attacks. Then, for the ero scenes they would cheer even more when the minotaur starts doing stuff to Maya, which would have them either clapping, cheering or laughing during certain points of the ero cycle. Of course, the minotaur would get much pleasure in putting up a good show for the audience.

That's it for now. Please enjoy this little update and in a few days I'll make another post detailing the new stage and enemies that will come for next month's update.

Best Regards!

Boss is rocking pretty hard. The H-scene is really well done, and all that time towards it really shows. The fight was pretty nice as well. Good bit of offense and defense in their attacks. Of course, my first instinct is to wail on him, so it didn't really work out that well when the shield was up and then he proceeded to take a 4th of my health away.

is there still going to be mac versions?

MegaBlueBall

I'm glad that you liked it Vik! Yeah the minotaur requires a bit of footwork and watching his timings, and I'll be balancing it as needed as well.
