Wow this was a crazy one. I've watched the votes and they changed quite a lot across all tiers. Some entries that were highly voted at the beginning changed to not being voted at all, etc.

With the poll closed, here are the final results ordered by vote count (already considering the voting power of each tier):

  • [12] Minotaur - Roughplay - Doggystyle
  • [12] Plant Girl - Softvore - Same-size
  • [4] Futanari - Vanilla Sex - Missionary
  • [2] Monster girl - Transformation/Conversion - Fondling/Groping
  • [0] Humanoid Girl - Softvore/Unbirth - Sizeplay

Also for the sake of openness, I'll unlock the polls for all tiers so that everyone can check the results. That said, you will notice that the plant girl entry had more votes than what I computed above.

That's because there seems to be a bug with the vote of one Heroic Darling patron that counted for all tiers of the poll (meaning, the same user). For the sake of fairness, only the highest power vote (value 4) of their tier counted and thus the duplicate votes in the lower tiers are voided.

I've attached an image of the spreadsheets from patreon, where the bug can be confirmed (the voting time is even the same). I've made sure to redact any identifying information, but left the last 2 characters of the e-mail field so that each individual patron can confirm their own vote there. The bugged votes are marked in blue.

With the poll's result clarified, we're left with a tie.

In the spirit of what I've said in the previous post, I'm thinking that it would be a nice idea to have another poll to tie break those 2 entries, and have the winner be the boss as planned, and the second place becomes a common enemy of the forest stage. The difference of course is that the boss animations will be more detailed with transitions and different states (and it will have a CG set in the future) whereas the common enemy gets the normal treatment of a single loop with small variations.

I'd love to hear your feedback and what you think of this plan, or just your input in general on the poll so please feel free to comment.

Oh the bug was me hahaha. I didn't realize we weren't allowed to vote in all of them.I figured since I was $10 dollar tier I could vote in 5 and 2, my bad.

LOL no problem! Patreon really doesn't offer much in terms of custom and more robust polling so it's ok as I have the habit of double checking results anyways.

I ended up changing my votes cause my idea had no chance, and if I could get vore in over vanilla it was my best bet. Feels like the weirder kinks will never have a chance through a vote format.

Shouldn't be an issue. Laek mentioned about plans to keep the polls varied, allowing for different fetishes to get the spotlight. That, and the intent is for some of the enemies to just be ones that they pick as the dev, so that should cover any fetishes that don't get as many spots from votes.

Maybe for this vote in particular, it would be a good idea to do both as bosses? One of them could be for another stage, later in the game. Could be a nice little "thank you" to those of us who jumped on to support you this early in development. Sounds like you'll be switching to the "can vote for multiple options" kinda votes, going forward. I would THINK that would make ties less likely in the future. Maybe with this one sorta being the "outlier", and just take both as winners?

MegaBlueBall

I see what you mean and it would be fair given this was the initial poll and all. But there would still be the need to decide on which boss gets made first, as the other boss would have to wait to be included in a 3rd stage.

Jason Bill

Ah, of course. I suppose in the short term, it matters. Though, I feel it would be perfectly reasonable for you to simply pick one for each stage. Especially since you could make decisions based on what enemies you were potentially planning for the stages, if you were wanting to be thematic with it. "Oh, out of the 2 bosses, this one would be perfect for stage 3, since I'm planning on X and Y enemies for that stage." That sorta thing. That, and I guess I'm more focused on the long term. I dont think its quite as important which one gets in first, as much as WHAT gets in overall. Anything you decide to implement will be there by release, and that's more what matters. Of course, it's all up to you. Whether you do just one or both, and by extension in the case if both, how you decide on that order.
