A mandalorian and his droid I drew on commission recently!

Character: Corran Ordo-Rhede, Mandalorian Guardsman (and his trusty droid, KC-40)

Corran Ordo-Rhede was born into the Clan of Ordo, House of Rau on the Planet of Ordo in the Mandalore Sector. His father was the Protector of Ordo under Fenn Rau of the Mandalorian Protectorates. His mother was a Corellian Jedi of the Halcyon lines an ancient Corellian House. They met during the Mandalorian Civil War and fell in love almost instantly after she saved his life from a death watch assassin. After several more missions together at behest of both the Jedi Council and Dutchess Satine, they married in secret in both Corellian and Mandalorian tradition. Corran was born a year later on Ordo in secret. Due to the nature of the Jedi Order, Corran was hidden on Ordo with his father and Clan and began being trained as A Mandalorian Commando.

When he was five, his father answered the call of Mandalore Fett to be one of the Cuy'val Dar and help train the Republic Clones. For ten years, Corran trained as hard as he could as Mandalorian as he had never met his mother. When the Clone Wars began, Corran asked his Guardian Colonel Rhede to allow him to fight in aid of the Republic despite his young age. Colonel Rhede said no as a result of Dutchess Satine declaring Mandalor a neutral system. However, he was allowed to travel to Sundari the capital and become a member of the Mandalorian guard there.

While serving as a guardsman, he received word his father had been killed by Death Watch. When Vizla and Death Watch took Sundari, he was exiled from Mandalore for refusing to join them. From that point on, he roamed the galaxy serving as a mercenary while searching for his unknown mother and the assassin who killed his father.
