Just talking about something that was mentioned in this Short Rest: Balnor actually is in my D&D campaign now. I half heartedly threw in the deck of many things on a whim and when the knight card was drawn summoned Balnor! This podcast has given me so many fantastic NPCs. Thanks Brian!

I think right now he only has +1 dex and +10 speed and “in his time of need” he can summon the elemental’s full power. I think this counts as a “time of need” because the Crick folk are dying of Crick Rot.
