This robe is worn by religious and administrative members of the Silver Eagle Forge Coalition. You gain a +1 bonus to saving throws you make while wearing this robe. In addition, whenever you make an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw with advantage or disadvantage and roll the same number on both d20s, you can combine the two rolls and use their sum as the result. If a combined result would equal 20 or higher, it is instead treated as a 20, but is not treated as a critical hit or critical success.

As in all things, the alliance's leadership rested on support and compromise. In those first hesitant days, signs of authority in one faction held little sway over the other, regardless of native rank or status. As always, the solution rallied what they'd begun to share: the sign of the eagle. Accents from the elven smiths merged with the woven styles of human craftsfolk, linked by their silver sheen.

Though in time marks of specific stations crept back into the new cloaks, the design had already become a unified—and permanent—symbol.
