Hey heroes!

Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.

You may recognize some returning item suggestions! Items can be renominated and re-drawn for weekly polls following a weeklong cooldown.

Here are the 7 randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!

Ideas

1) Second Skin A set of magical druidic hide armor that allows you to use either the armor's AC or your bestial form's AC, whichever is higher, whenever you're wild shaped.

2) Merrow's Torch — A magical torch that only burns underwater, casting a strange, green light and releasing bubbles as its fumes.

3) Festerwood Prosthesis — A magical limb from a festerwood tree that can replace a missing limb, allowing you to use it as a functional limb and potent unarmed weapon. You can use shatter its amber pustules to increase its effectiveness.

4) Sniper's Guarantee — A case that holds a single piece of ammunition, but creates a ghostly duplicate of it. Hitting a target with the duplicate deals no damage and is imperceptible, but marks the target for 1 minute. Firing the original piece of ammunition at the marked target automatically hits it.

5) Syncrist's Symbol — A strange holy symbol that allows a cleric to pick spells from other domains' spell lists.

6) Ki Blade — A katana that was made with ki-infused metal and allows monks to use it as a weapon. When they make an attack with it, they can spend Ki points to make an additional strike with it.

7) Gelatinous Whip — A sickly strand of ooze attached to a partially dissolved sword handle. The sticky whip sticks to targets it hits, dealing acid damage over time.

Thank you to everyone who submitted item ideas and nominated one on the Discord this past week! See you next time!
