Let's make something to do with blizzards! Thanks for the cool suggestions this week!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Frostrose Wand — An icy wand with a delicate blue rose at its center that creates Medium ice sculptures within range. When the sculptures takes damage, they shatter and release the blizzard trapped within them, dealing damage to creatures within range and causing other nearby sculptures to also shatter.

Snowstorm Rapier — Originally frozen soul. A rapier whose blade is made out of pure ice and deals extra cold damage to targets hit by it. You can cause the rapier to create a brutal, freezing snowstorm that makes the area around it difficult terrain and heavily obscured. If you holding the rapier, you're unaffected by the storm.

Ice Crasher — Originally flurry fury. A massive greatclub from the Everglacier using metal, wood, and ice that gives cold resistance. Its powerful force and numbing chill can cause creatures hit by it to have disadvantage on the next attack roll they make on their next turn.
