Ideas

Sand Blaster — A bow with a glass chamber at its center filled with sand. The sand forms the bow's string,. You can fire arrows from it as normal, but you can also make ranged attacks with a normal range of 5 feet and long range of 15 feet (like a net) to spray creatures with powerful blasts of sand from the string. Creatures hit by the sand attack take X damage and are must succeed on a DC Y saving throw or blind until the end of their next turn.

Scouring Splint — A set of very polished splint armor that gives a +X bonus to AC. As an action, you can summon a swirling sandstorm around you that lasts for up to 1 minute, as if you were concentrating on a spell. Creatures that start their turn within 5 feet of you or who move within 5 feet of you for the first time on their turn take Y damage as they're buffeted from the sandstorm.
The strong wind keeps fog, smoke, and other gases at bay. Small or smaller flying creatures or objects can’t pass through the wall. Loose, lightweight materials brought into the wall fly upward. Arrows, bolts, and other ordinary projectiles launched at targets behind the wall are deflected upward and automatically miss. (Boulders hurled by giants or siege engines, and similar projectiles, are unaffected.) Creatures in gaseous form can’t pass through it.
This property of the armor can't be used again until the next dawn.

Prezi's Portable Oasis — An ornate, prismatic bottle of water from a magical oasis. You can pour 1 ounce of the water out of the bottle to create a magical 100-foot-square oasis to grow from the ground over the course of 10 minutes. The oasis has a pond of crystal clear potable water and exotic, fruit-bearing trees that can nourish up to X creatures. The oasis is always under the effects of the alarm spell, and any creatures that are not permitted to enter the space are immediately attacked by a Swarm of Poisonous Snakes, whose rattling tails also act as the alarm.  The bottle has Y ounces of the magic water when found. Drinking the water or dropping it in a location without enough space for the oasis wastes the water.
