Posting this time-lapse a bit early for Patrons!
She's not textured yet and I may make a few adjustments, but once she's fully completed I'll make a post with more details on the design, wireframes and textures.
Wasn't too happy with my old Vtuber design so I made a new one! Since she's meant to have decent mobility to work with vtubing, I did take a few liberties with details in the mesh that you wouldn't normally find on low poly models. She still ended up under 3k tris, 2k without her coat. Recording my texturing process is a bit harder, but I'll try to see if I can do that as well!
