Tennis is probably right now the most interesting sport to watch in terms of narrative but Akaash got praised for one the worst analysis’s of Djokovic i ever heard 💀 He’s hated by the majority old white rich crowd, yes, because tennis media hated him since the beginning of his career since he didn’t fit the tennis mold as an eastern european dude coming in and dominating 2 “crowd favourites”. This narrative was majority driven by extremely biased tennis media, the instagram followers speak for themselves. He’s so much more hated than fed and nadal internationally that he was more followers than the both of them… Saying Novak smacked the ball in anger at a lines woman which got him disqualified was a WILD statement. Please go watch that clip and tell me he deserved to be disqualified for that 😭 And Alcaraz is really really good. The fact that it took what some say is the best upcoming thing in tennis ever 5 hours to beat a 36 year old Novak Djokovic coming of a torn hamstring who played at probably 70% of his capabilities that Sunday should say a-lot. Saying the crowd impacted djoko is wild as-well, have to remember that he is by far objectively the most clutch mentally strong tennis player ever. He’s dealt with those crowds his whole career, go look at Wimbledon 2019 when he saved 2 match points in the final against roger and look at the crowd and look at how he dug himself out that situation. Crowds are against him because the only people that are affording tickets to the finals of these Grandslams are majority the same people i mentioned earlier who dont like him. Y’all gotta have john mcenroe or somethin on the pod to explain this whole tennis goat debate, it makes for rlly good sports content but i think u guys need a bit more context.

Yo the poker talk was the coolest shit, I was 1 when the poker boom happened so it’s cool to hear what it was like to experience that, if you’re ever looking to dive into the topic more you should talk to jonathan little! He lives in New York and runs a very popular poker training site, while also having around 10 million in poker tournament earnings

Brandon Hody
