"Well, I see nothing out of the ordinary..." Though I can't really see much of anything from up in here. To my poor human eyes people are almost just little dots down there.

Maybe getting on top of a building for scouting wasn't the best of ideas, specially when I broke the law here. I wonder what security will think once they see the door that leads to the roof completely destroyed?

Regulus sighs. "Indeed, for a battle royale involving seven heroes, there is surprisingly little visible activity. One would think that this city would be covered in flames at this point." That sounds terrifying.

"That's because mages are supposed to keep magic hidden away from the public." That's something my dad used to never shut up about. "Which is why I'm stupid for even coming up with this idea in the first place."

The lion shrugs. "I'm in no position to comment, but my world had the same rules, and yet they were rarely followed. It is far too difficult to conceal a battle between beings who can topple down skyscrapers." Fair enough. Why am I even hunting down something so scary!?

He frowns. "Are there no other ways of hunting down the participants? And if there isn't, then perhaps we could mount a raid on your biological sister?" Attacking Tohsaka huh? That sounds... cathartic.

But it's a bad idea. "Tohsaka-Senpai is probably moving around the city hunting down people just like us, so I don't know where she is. She could theoretically be in her mansion, but assaulting a mage's home is foolish to the extreme." Even I know that.

I also imagine Sakura is at her home too. She has probably summoned a Servant already... That is if the Grail even recognized her as a Matou of course. If it hasn't, then the Matou are out of the war, since Shinji is supposedly like me.

I put a hand on my chin. "And about the other part... Normally a Servant can sense another Servant if they're close enough." Well, they can't sense Assassin of course. "Hey Regulus, how did you even notice the Servant following my sister?"

"With my nose. I could smell the magic around her just as I could smell that the park we frequent is disgusting. I'm not a dog however, I certainly can't track any Servant." I see, that's a shame, but it is what it is.

I look behind me, to the creepy doll which is now my weapon. "And what about you Princess? You got anything that can help." She simply stares at me in silence.

It's making me nervous. "Hey Regulus, is she like you at all? I mean, she doesn't even talk..." I guess she obeys orders, and she can read my intent as well, making her easy to control. However she doesn't seem to communicate.

He nods. "She may not talk, but we are the same type of Longinus. Do not mistake her lack of facial expressions and communication for a lack of will." I'll keep that in mind. "Anyways, perhaps we should go back down if we wish to continue our search."

Sounds good, though I'm really scared of giving such a huge advantage to an Archer. I guess I shouldn't be worrying about one Servant who I never even met like that though, or I might as well go insanely paranoid just because Assassin exists.

I hum. "Sure... though I wish I could do something crazy like jumping from building to building." It would make things easier, that's for sure. I could keep my height advantage while still moving around.

Regulus raises an eyebrow. "You have been undergoing hellish training for an entire week. Unless you are jumping to a much taller building, such an action should be possible my wielder." This guy...

I snort. "Humans have limits my man. You can make me go through whatever hellish training you want, but I won't be able to accomplish anything supernatural without my weapons." Maybe if Regulus went axe mode and I picked him up I could make the jump?

He rolls his eyes. "Of course you can. There are plenty of freakishly strong humans out there, like the agents of the church... like Vasco Estrada. Sure a devil or an angel can grow faster and mightier than them, but a human can still become a monster." That's definitely not the case!

But I think I get where he's coming from. "That's just people from your world. Humans here are different." He's talking like the people of his world functioned on Age of Gods rules. Which they might very well do, considering the bullshit he has previously talked about.

I look at the closest building to us. I definitely can't make the jump, even an Olympic athlete would fail. So I obviously won't even try, because as previously said, I'm not suicidal. Yeah, I won't try.

I tense my body.

Regulus sighs. "Fair enough my wielder. I suppose we will eventually need to find a different method of honing your body. For now I can carry you to the other bu-, what are you doing!?" I dash forward.

I know it's stupid, but I have been training to the point of vomiting and bleeding these past few weeks, and I want to see results damn it! So once I reach the edge of the building, I jump as far and as high as I can.

And I ended up almost making a massive mistake. Mostly because I fly so far that I almost completely jump over my target. Thankfully I fall down, and I manage to stop myself from falling to my death.

I'm pale and sweaty from the experience, but I can't help, but laugh. "Holy shit! That was great!" I'm already rich, but if I want to be a millionaire then I guess I can become an athlete in the future.

I'm not even using magic, I'm just a freak of nature, and that means the Clock Tower or some other association wouldn't even be able to get mad. I guess the shounen life is now my life.

Regulus appears besides me, he must have jumped too. "You... lied to me." He's pouting. And the Princess soon shows up as well, having made the jump, she isn't pouting, but I imagine her soul is.

I'm still way too happy, so I end up chuckling. "I didn't. I just made a bet that having you guys changed my body." I bet my father never thought the useless one would get this sort of bullshit! Gimme the Tohsaka Crest! I deserve it!

The lion glares at me. "Are you stupid...?" Y-yes? "I suppose I can't judge your impulsive actions when I made you join the war, but... Well, I'm glad we at least have discovered you can truly grow strong."

I sit up. "Yeah, this is pretty awesome." I raise a hand to my face. "I'm legit like a anime protagonist. Now all I need is some mana and I will be ready for anything." If I could use reinforcement with this body...

He raises an eyebrow. "I suppose we can start training your mana capacity. It is true that you have very little of it after all." Yeah, I suppose zero is indeed very little.

But that's clearly not what he meant. "What are you talking about? I don't have mana at all." I somehow managed to be born without it even though my parents were who they were.

It's like a reverse miracle in a way, since my twin sister supposedly has prodigious talent. I once overheard father saying to mother that my twin must have stolen all my magic potential in the womb. Which definitely didn't happen, but I get his point.

Regulus seems confused. "I won't accuse you of lying, but you most certainly have mana, even if it is that of a baby. You wouldn't be able to use me, or Absolute Demise otherwise." Ah shit.

Ah shit, ah shit, ah shit...!

He continues. "This is probably due to the... supposed changes of your body. Oh, and don't worry about your low reserves, as I was saying, it can fixed with training." He's sending me a serious look.

Probably because I'm crying. "Regulus... how is it that your world is so fucking awesome?" People can just train into getting magic? If this world had that, then perhaps the practice wouldn't be so disgusting.

He chuckles. "I believe you might be getting rose-tinted glasses, there are plenty of problems on my world. However, I won't argue about this one being better or worse, as I haven't seen much of it yet." Fair enough.

I take a deep breath and lay down again. "Regulus, that took a surprising amount of energy from me, so we are going home." I wish I knew how to setup a bounded field, so I can sleep safely.

I guess I will just learn eventually, because I can learn magic. Right, I'm the one and only person in the entire world that has the privilege of joining such a world with hard work.

He nods. "Understood. We haven't done much, but I won't complain on the first day, specially since you were already tired from training." To be honest I want to train tomorrow too, so I can keep rising up.

But what is this feeling on my chest...? Ah, I get it. "Hey Regulus, I know what I want from the Grail. I'm granting this type of body to everyone else, in the entire world." It's not world peace or solving world hunger, but it's not too bad, right?

"Very well. Just keep in mind that resolve is the most important thing for one that holds a Longinus."

/////////////////////////////////////////////////

"Weren't you supposed to attend school today? Your sister will be suspicious." Let her think whatever she wants. Right now Rin Tohsaka is another one of my enemies after all.

So I wave him off. "It's fine Regulus, besides... this is the perfect moment for this, since the school idol is definitely idiotic enough to show up to school even when the war is going on. She is not idiotic enough to not bring her Servant with her though."

Regulus sounds confused. "And what does that have to do with anything? We are just in front of some mansion." He sniffs the air. "Though admittedly I can indeed smell magic. Are we about to attack someone?"

I shake my head. "Not in broad delight." The street is pretty empty, so Regulus can be out, but that won't be the case anymore if we make a racket by fighting a Servant, and we must hide the existence of magic. With that said...

There are a few advantages to acting during the day. The Masters of this war won't be active during it, at least not the super traditional ones. This means that this is the perfect time for me to do some tomfoolery.

I grin. "But if you're wondering about the magic on the air... That's because there's probably a bounded field in front of you. It's like... a magic barrier with special effects." Hopefully none of these magical effects are super scary.

He tilts his head. "I'm familiar with the idea, though it has a different name from where I come from. Either way, invading this type of place will be much easier once you unlock Dimension Lost." That's good to know.

I grin. "Well, we are invading one right now, so you and Princess will need to walk in front of me in case of any deadly effect. With that said... my sister is apparently a softy." Serious Tohsaka? We are in a war...

"I can feel the effect of the bounded field after all, and it's compelling me to leave. You guys probably don't feel it due to being super powerful or whatever. I can ignore it though, so it's all good." Probably because I'm aware of it.

"I see... Wait, is this your sister's home!?" So he finally caught on. Right now me and my two soul buddies are standing in front of the mansion my sister inherited from my father. It's probably crazy expensive, since it's so huge.

I nod. "Yep. Normally I would be against invading it, but she's at school right now, and if we move fast enough we could accomplish our objective before her Servant shows up, whoever they are." Hopefully not the golden man.

Regulus smirks. "So our objective is to destroy her resources while she's out? Not a bad plan my wielder, you are using the information you have wisely. Let's teach that girl that she should take better care of her things." That's what I like to hear!

But... "Not exactly. That's our secondary goal, our primary one is stealing all her shit. It's why I brought two empty school bags, we are gonna take some books, and maybe some materials too. I need them if I actually want to put my mana to good use." It's not as good as a dedicated teacher, but it's something.

"We seriously gotta move fast though, because as soon as we enter the bounded field... she's gonna send her Servant after us. Probably." She could theoretically keep them at her side, but I'm not testing my luck that much.

"Understood. Give the signal and we shall start the raid." I'm glad Regulus is with me on this. I know my plan isn't exactly super great, but it is what I have. Being active is better than being passive, right?

I take a deep breath. "Now!" And Regulus dashes forward, ripping through the metal gate like it's made out of paper. And most importantly allowing me to stay back so he can get whatever shock the bounded field is inflicting on him. That's the advantage of an avatar, huh...

Nonetheless, once he's ahead enough, I move too. Absolutely Demise's massive form following me from behind in case she needs to protect me from some super threat. Apparently my sister really is stupid however, because I don't get attacked by a bounded field or an army of familiar.

I get to the front door, and extend my hand. "Regulus, axe mode!" He nods, and immediately he flies to my hand, turning himself into the weapon, and filling my body with supernatural strength.

He could have easily done this in lion mode, but I want the catharsis of breaking the door myself. "I'm home!" And with a mighty swing the door is forcefully open, in fact I end up making such a huge hole that Absolute Demise can easily enter. Super strength I love you so much.

But I don't have time to celebrate, not when a Servant is on his way, fighting them without a plan is suicide after all. I also need to do this before the neighbors check why the creepy old mansion is breaking down.

I start running through the house, and I notice nothing much changed... Besides the fact that Rin got rid of some of the most expensive things. Those jewels must be expensive... too bad I'm gonna steal them!

The most important about me remembering the layout of the mansion however, is that I know exactly where her bounded field is. This place has the perfect location for it, and it's the basement.

Once I get close to it, I notice that its door has a strange magical circle on it. Probably another type of defense... so swing my axe at it. "Please work!" There's a short flash of light... and the door falls just like the last one.

My axe snorts. "Hah, such a weak defense cannot stand up to me! Even if my wielder is still scrawny." Please don't talk while you are a weapon. It's super weird if I'm being honest.

I throw the axe in the air, it returns to it's lion mode. "Regulus, keep watch!" And then I take one of my bags and throw them at Princess. "And you get as many jewels or whatever magic items as you can find!" Speaking of carrying, taking two bags in one's back is super uncomfortable.

They immediately begin to do as ordered, and to be honest I don't think I even needed to say those commands outloud. This isn't the time to start testing my powers though, my time is limited and the Servant is definitely on their way.

So I rush to the shelves and start taking books and chucking them inside of my bag. Not just any books though, but the books I remember Rin occasionally looking through, the books that are made for super beginners.

I don't remember many however, and our father was strict enough that I wasn't even supposed to see her training. It's just that sometimes she broke the rules to show off.

Due to that, eventually I just have to take whatever random books I can find, hoping that they aren't the type who will curse me to die a painful death or become a bird. You never know with mages.

Once my bag is full, I close it and get up. "Okay, let's dip!" I run outside of the basement, and take Princess's bag. It feels really heavy, and I probably struggle to carry it before my training. Right now it's fine though.

Once I step outside of the basement, I turn around to face. "Right.. secondary objectives." This basement pretty much contains the entire Tohsaka legacy, besides the Magic Crest after all.

Just the thought of ruining it is almost making me cum, so I extend a hand, and Princess silently does the same behind me. "I might be a natural delinquent, because this feels way to great." The basement gets colder.

And colder, and colder, and colder... until it's essentially just one big ice cube. "Seriously, this could get addicting." Even if Rin and her servant manage to melt away the ice, I doubt they can salvage anything. It's like a blizzard started inside of it after all.

If I'm lucky Rin will blame another Master for this too, taking all the heat away from me. For that to work though, I need to stop being hard at the destruction of my father's work so I can just leave already.

I gulp and dash out, and once I leave the gates, I dismiss my two Longinus. Right now I'm not a destined spider killer after all, I'm just some guy who is skipping school and who doesn't have a drop of magic inside of it.

My smile would probably give me away however, so I continue walking. Hopefully my Tohsaka never finds out what I did, or I imagine I will be facing hellfire soon enough.

I was right, this is addicting, because I desperately want to destroy the Matou's family home too.
