Knock knock! "Who's there?" Fry! "Fry who?" Dude, that's messed up. I was just talking about Friday. Here's what I got done this week:

  • Continued work on the ending cinematic; added in individual facial features so that faces could be dynamically animated.
  • Finished a drawing for Gas Leak 1.
  • Started work on a non-game drawing.

Don't look into the facial animations too much -- they're not a significant part of the animation. They just make it look a thousand times better. :P  The setup was rather tedious, but the end result is looking pretty good so far!

In other news, our grape friend has learned how to hold its breath! I wanted to get Gas Leak 2's drawing done before this post, as well, but sadly I ran out of time. I at least have the planning process done, though.

Speaking of the planning process, I have a non-game drawing in the works! I've held off on drawing for such a long time because I was afraid it would cut too much into the schedule for Grape Escape, but it's time I get back on that horse. And I'm gonna be honest: working on a regular old giantess drawing again feels amazing! I think the variety may actually help my productivity with games in the long run!

All in all, progress on everything is still going quite smoothly! I was fortunate enough to only have one power outage during the week, and thanks to my handy-dandy battery backup outlet thing, I didn't lose any work to it. ^_^

I'm gonna get myself some Taco Bell once the snow melts and the path to that glorious restaurant opens up to me again. In the meantime, stay warm, stay safe, and I'll see you guys next week!
