Some quick fixes for some big bugs!

• Fixed an issue with CGs 4 & 5 triggering at the wrong time or never triggering at all.
• Fixed an issue in which the first couple of dialogues in CGs get skipped.
• Fixed an issue with windowed mode in which the game resolution would change to a default value each time a new scene starts. The window size should stay the same upon reopening now, too.
•  Updated the credits because I totally forgot like the derp that I am. Sorry about that! 

Important Note: The web version may feature bugs that are not in the downloadable standalone version. It's much harder for me to test, and even harder to fix due to the inconsistencies, so if push comes to shove, I recommend you download it for the best experience.
