Hi everyone!

Sorry I missed the roundup last week and forgot to post this one on Friday! Been crazy busy.

Polish Progress

Things are moving along in the polish pass. Most of the levels had another touch up by now, bugs are getting fixed and placeholder graphics are getting replaced with proper ones. Fabian even made a couple of new assets for the kobold city ruins!


The big tree trunks we used in the new area were cut from the village. Maybe you noticed that some of them looked a bit odd. That’s because in those areas in the village there were buildings or other structures. I spent some time to patch these holes:

In the latest build, the lever doesn’t have an animation yet. Instead it just flips when you hit it. I made a couple of nicer designs and gave it an animation. I also made it a bit bigger:


Next Build Soon!

With a big part of the polishing out of the way, we’ll call the next build a wrap soon and then move back to making new content.


Haven Update

We’ve reached a point with the base tile design that we’re quite happy with.

The color for the circuitry is probably going to change.

For now we’re focused on finding a shape language that defines the building style and alloys that Gardeners used for their spaceships and tech structures.

Next we’re going to work on ideas for backwalls!

i member the days when there were just 3 or 4 scenes. now yall're up to what, nearly a dozen now and all this new stuff :D
