I love that Skye's reaction to Ward professing that he has genuine feelings for her wasn't a mix of conflicted feelings, but one of just genuine disgust. To find out that somebody you trusted and was starting to have romantic feelings for ends up secretly being a Nazi soldier who would kill your friends and family at the drop of a hat if he was simply ordered to? That's not romantic--that's downright traumatizing.

This is just a great episode from beginning to end. Fitz's breakdown, Maria jumping in to lend a hand, and May hunting down answers. Favorite part though was seeing Skye play Ward and then stand her ground even as he is spinning the narrative and professing his love. Ward is very clearly doing horrible things and murdering people on behalf of an evil guy and outside of being controlled like Mike, there isn't a lot of wiggle room for redemption.
